When you buy a Filgy standee or use the Filgy dashboard, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address (during checkout); your shop/store name, category, and Google Business Profile details (during onboarding); and basic usage data (pages visited, device type) via analytics tools.
We use this information to process your order, ship your standee, provision and operate your dashboard account, send order and account-related WhatsApp/email messages, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
We share the minimum necessary data with: Razorpay (to process payments — we never see or store your card/UPI details), Supabase (our database and authentication provider), Google (to fetch your Business Profile and reviews, where you connect it), and WhatsApp/WATI (to send you order and account messages).
We retain your account and order data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after, to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by contacting us (see Contact Us). We will respond within a reasonable time.
We use cookies for authentication (keeping you logged into your dashboard) and basic product analytics.
