Filgy is operated by Filgy Digital, Ground Floor, House No. 123, Street No. 7, D Block, Dayalpur, New Delhi, North East Delhi, Delhi – 110094 (GSTIN: 07JVSPS5533N1ZE). Filgy sells an NFC review standee (a one-time ₹999 purchase, no monthly fee) along with access to a dashboard for managing customer reviews and offers.
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.
Standees are shipped to the address provided at checkout, typically within 5 business days of payment. Filgy is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Your dashboard account is for managing your own store's reviews and offers. You agree not to use it to generate fake or incentivized reviews in violation of Google's policies, or to misuse the platform in any way that could harm Filgy or other users.
Filgy provides the standee and dashboard "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or reviews, arising from use of the product.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Filgy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
